At Shaw Concepts, we stand by the quality of our apparel and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every piece of our collection through a streamlined and transparent return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your replacement item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
